The Complexity of the business organizational context requires to increase the internal trust among the employees.

In many cases, our companies do not value enough the potential of their leaders underestimating the role of the emotional intelligence and the positive effects it has on the performances of its workers. This causes a sharp drop of the internal productivity leading in extreme cases to a burn-out.

According to the 2013 edition of the State of American Workplace, published annually by the Gallup Institute, an improper use of leadership leads to:

only the 30% of employees constantly give the best out of themselves
while the 70% does the minimum essential or is seriously frustrated, affecting negatively the colleagues mood, practicing absenteeism and driving customers away

In order to establish an effective relation with the others it is essential to work with passion and intuition, fundamental skills that are still not well developed.
